2016 Wreathes Across America Ceremony.

The staff at Truro Township Silent Home Cemetery
was honored to be selected to host the annual Wreathes Across America Ceremony on December 17, 2016. Our cemetery was sponsored by the Eddie Rickenbacker Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, and was supported by the Ohio Patriot Guard.

The cadets from the squadron placed a wreath on the graves of each of the 215 veterans after thanking them by name for their service and followed by an honorary salute. The event was made possible thanks to donations from VFW Post 9473 and American Legion Post 798, both of Reynoldsburg, in addition to residents of the community.
